AOSIS and editors shall take reasonable steps to identify and prevent the publication of articles where research misconduct has occurred. The journal and its editors do not encourage misconduct, or knowingly allow misconduct to take place.

Correction, clarifications, retractions and apologies


In the event that AOSIS or the journal editors are made aware of any allegation of research misconduct AOSIS or the editors shall deal with allegations appropriately. AOSIS and editors are always willing to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when needed. Please read the following publication policy relating to retracting or correcting articles when needed, correcting the record.

 

 

Advertising Policies


JCMSA only solicits sponsorship and advertising that will not impinge on the core principles of editorial independence, institutional (CMSA) integrity (viz. brand reputation) and consistency with the mission, vision and values of the CMSA. Editorial decisions are not influenced by sponsorship or advertising and all editorial decisions are made without consideration of sponsorship or advertising that may be scheduled to appear in an issue.
